In recent years, the gradual shift to digital news content from the Internet and social media has drastically affected these forms of traditional media. In this insightful talk, Jennifer points out that the social media revolution has changed and will continue to change journalism and news organizations, and how everyone should be aware of the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
