10 Things We No Longer Buy | Minimalism and Saving Money Tips

Today we're discussing 10 we don't buy. While we don't claim to be minimalists, there's a lot about minimalism that we identify with... Obviously, considering we live in 180 sq ft Airstream. :)

But this video is about much more than just finding things to cut from your budget. When you decide not to buy something anymore, of course, you'll save money. But what's more important is the decision itself. It's the process of deciding what's important to you and what isn't.

Like I always say, budgeting shouldn't be restrictive, it should allow you to spend on the things that matter most. And ultimately, these 10 things just don't matter to Hanna and me anymore. That's why we don't buy them.

What I hope you take away isn't that air fresheners, or coupon groceries are worthless, it's that you should continuously be questioning all of your purchases. You should get in the habit of looking at all of the things you buy critically. I want you to build the habit of asking yourself whether or not a purchase is indeed worth it, or if you'd be better off spending that money elsewhere.

The process is what matters.
