This week we head to Tamar Lakes parkrun on the Devon and Cornwall border (quite literally - half in, half out) to celebrate Rachel's 100th parkrun! 100 early Saturday mornings, 500 kilometres run, and lots of amazing support from volunteers and run directors! Immensely proud of Rachel for reaching this achievement and there was no better place to hit 100 park runs than Tamar Lakes!
