One parkrun, Two Counties. Tamar Lakes | parkrun Diaries #5

We’re back for another episode of parkrun diaries! This time at the border between Devon and Cornwall, with a course that takes us through both counties in the same run!

In this episode you’ll meet Coco, a little dog on a big course. You’ll meet a father and son on their quest to complete another parkrun. You’ll get to meet Nick, a relatively new runner, and another runner on their journey of injury recovery. Then to top it off, a happy Viking on his way to conquer England once again!
