Discerning Leadership | course summary 2019

Leadership all around us is undergoing a crisis and leaders are coming under increased pressure. Trust and faith in the institutions they represent is weakening. We live in an environment that is Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous (“VUCA”).

In this context high level leaders are looking for formation that integrates their personal values with an ability to tackle new challenges, that develops their spirituality, that encourages and gives consolation, that provides new skills for innovation and discerned decisions.

In partnership with Georgetown, ESADE and Le Moyne College, our new programme integrates the best insights from the corporate world with the Ignatian 400 year spiritual tradition based on personal development and closeness to Jesus Christ.
