Mordhau Ranked Diamond Duels but I'm a BIRD MAN

I have been hard stuck at Diamond for months now. Every now and then I can make it high Diamond 2 but I have never crossed into Diamond 3. I put on my plague doctor (bird mask) and for some reason was able to play much better. I usually end up playing too fast and parry too early; however, the mask was allowing me to READ.
