Vegetable Rava Upma is one of the most common traditional South Indian breakfast dish and its enjoyed with plain coconut chutney, sambar, green mint chutney or even pickle. Most Indian breakfast foods take a considerable amount of time to plan, prepare and to cook. Upma tops the list of easiest & quickest instant breakfasts that can be made in just under 20 mins. Along with nutritious semolina and fresh vegetables this one definitely makes a healthy breakfast that is really tasty too.

Ingredients:
Rava/Semolina - 1/2 cup
Onions - 1/3 cup
Beans - 1/3 cup
Carrots - 1/3 cup
Capsicum/Bell pepper - 1/3 cup
Tomatoes - 1/3 cup
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Ginger - 1 tsp
Green chilly - 3
Cashews - few
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Ghee/Clarified Butter - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - per taste
Cilantro
