Salt : to taste
Water : 2 - 3 tbsps
Wheat flour : for dusting

(for Marinara sauce)
Tomatoes : 2 nos blanched and pureed
Chopped garlic: 6 nos
Chopped onion: 1/2 portion
Tomato ketchup : 2 tbsps
Kashmiri chilli powder : 1 tsp
Oregano : 1/2 tsp
Basil : 1/2 tsp
Salt : to taste
Oil : 2 tsp
Water : 3 tbsps
Grated cheese : for garnishing
