Paneer Sweetcorn Cheese balls || പനീർ സ്വീറ്റ്‌കോൺ ചീസ് ബോൾസ് || Evening snack

Paneer Sweetcorn Cheese balls are a delightful treat that combines the creaminess of paneer, light sweetness of sweetcorn with the gooey goodness of cheese. This is a very good evening snack especially for children. The balls are shaped, coated in bread crumbs and deep fried until golden and crispy.

Ingredients
Paneer : 200 gm
Beans chopped : 3 tbsps
Carrot chopped : 3 tbsps
Onion chopped : 2 tbsps
Capsicum chopped : 2 tbsps
Frozen sweetcorn : 1 cup
Butter : 2 tbsps
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Oregano : 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes : 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves : 2 tbsps
Cornflour : 2 tbsps
Grated cheese : 3 tbsps
Maida : 3 tbsps
Water : 6 tbsps
Oregano : 1/8 tsp
Bread crumbs: as required
Salt : to taste
Oil : for frying
