Stormgate: Beginner Vanguard Build Order (Guide)

Here is a simple Vanguard build order in Stormgate for Beginners that you can use to set yourself up for success in each game. Stormgate can be overwhelming and having a build order can take some of that stress off and let your creativity shine. This build order sets you up for success with a good base with easy expansions into a lancer based army. From there you can transition depending on what your enemy is doing.

♦ Vanguard Build Order: Generously Provided by Probe from Stormgates official Discord

-Continuously Build Bobs

-Once you reach 200 luminite send 2 bobs to ramp, overcharge and build a barracks and a habitat.

-Build a sentry post in between your ramp and your expansion and then send your bobs back to luminite

-Build a lancer and put into the sentry post

- Once luminite is saturated send bobs to therium (once 3 on therium) send 3 on therium and 2 from luminite to build expansion (once you have around 300 luminite) Overcharge while constructing expansion

- (should be around 9 on luminite and 2 on therium in main)

-Build biokinetics lab and 2nd barracks

- Continue to build Bobs, and start building lancers from both barracks

-When you have enough therium get the lancer upgrade that gives them attack and movement speed when attacked

- When you have around 5 lancers and the luminite for it go for third expansion. (This can be changed to build more army depending on what your enemy is doing.

-From here you can transition into whatever makes the most sense, you could build air units, do drops with evacs, build a mech based army with vulcans, mass exos and lancers etc this will take experience and time to figure out what works best against the enemy.
