O Μίλτος Λογιάδης σπούδασε θεωρητικά και πιάνο στο Εθνικό Ωδείο Αθηνών και Χαλανδρίου. Συνέχισε τις σπουδές του κερδίζοντας μία υποτροφία στη Μουσική Ακαδημία του Μονάχου, απ’ όπου αποφοίτησε με διπλώματα διεύθυνσης χορωδίας και ορχήστρας και δίπλωμα Meisterklasse, με τον υψηλότερο βαθμό που είχε δοθεί ποτέ. Το 1992 επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα και συνεργάστηκε με την Ορχήστρα των Χρωμάτων. Εκτός από αυτήν, έχει διευθύνει και την Βασιλική Φιλαρμονική Ορχήστρα του Λονδίνου, τη Συμφωνική Ορχήστρα του Μονάχου, την Ορχήστρα της Εθνικής Λυρικής Σκηνής, την Κρατική Ορχήστρα Αθηνών κ.ά. Σήμερα είναι καλλιτεχνικός διευθυντής στο Μέγαρο Μουσικής Αθηνών και καθηγητής στο Τμήμα Μουσικών Σπουδών του Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου.

Στην ομιλία του αναλύει τη σημασία που έχει ο μαέστρος για μία ορχήστρα. Η διεύρυνση της ορχήστρας δημιούργησε την ανάγκη του συντονισμού της, ο οποίος γίνεται με ένα σύνολο κινήσεων των χεριών που δημιουργούν έναν ιδιαίτερο κώδικα μεταξύ των μουσικών. Tέλος, αναφέρεται στις ικανότητες που πρέπει να έχει ένας μαέστρος, με τη σημαντικότερη κατά τη γνώμη του να είναι η διαχείριση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού.

Miltos Logiadis studied Theoretical Studies and Piano at the National Conservatory of Athens and Chalandri. He continued his studies, winning a scholarship, at the Academy for Music in Munich, where he graduated with choir and orchestra diplomas and a Meisterklasse diploma, with the highest grade ever awarded. In 1992 he returned to Greece and collaborated with the Orchestra of Colors. Apart from that, he has also conducted the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of London, the Munich Symphony Orchestra, the National Opera Orchestra, the Athens State Orchestra, etc. Today, he is the artistic director of the Athens Concert Hall and a professor at the Department of Music Studies of the Ionian University.

Ιn his talk, he analyzes the importance of the conductor for an orchestra. The expansion of the orchestra led to the need for coordination, which is achieved through a set of hand movements that creates a special communication code among musicians. Lastly, he refers to the skills a conductor must have with that of the management of musicians being the most crucial of all. He continued his studies at the Munich Academy of Music with a scholarship, where he graduated with choir and orchestra leader diploma and a Meisterklasse diploma, achieving the highest degree ever awarded. In 1992 he returned to Greece, after an invitation of Manos Hadjidakis, to collaborate with the Orchestra of Colors. In addition to that, he has conducted the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of London, the Munich Symphony Orchestra, the National Opera Orchestra, the Athens State Orchestra and others. He is also the artistic director of Megaron - Athens Concert Hall and professor at the Department of Music Studies of the Ionian University.
