45 Minute Air Fried Gammon Joint with a Marmalade Glaze

A fairly cheap and easy meal Air Fried gammon with a marmalade glaze which is optional.
With the rind cut off the fat was scored and the gammon cooked for 20 minutes at 185C, removed from air fryer and covered with the marmalade then back in for a further 20 minutes at a 180C , removed from air fryer and basted with the juices and temperature checked with a meat probe and although it was put back in for a further 10 minutes it was actually ready in the remaining 5 minutes.
Twice I did rotate the meat during the cooking time again optional.
Overall cooking time was 45 minutes not 50 minutes as stated in the video and serves 3 to 4 persons with a cost of £4.71 for the Gammon Joint.
