Even 20 years later, Ratchet & Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal is the highest-rated game in the Ratchet franchise, and to this day it's Insomniac's most acclaimed video game. Ratchet 3 is also my favorite game of all time. BUT, that's not going to stop me from breaking the game down, digging deeper into its development than ever before, and exploring what Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal looked like during its production.
