Welcome to day 1 of my 21 days of strength challenge! Every day for 21 days I'll be posting a strength based workout focusing on a different part of the body. See if you can stay with me for the full 21 days.

For this this bicep and tricep workout I am using 2 pairs of dumbells, a heavier set and a lighter set (14kg and 10kg), choose a weight suitable to you.

1. Bicep curls - 20 reps (10 each side) on the heavy set then 20 on the lighter set x 2 rounds
2. Hammer curls - 20 reps (10 each side) on the heavy set then 20 on the lighter set x 2 rounds
3. Tricep extensions - 10-12 reps on the heavy set if possible x 2 rounds
4. Narrow tricep push ups (on your knees if you want) - do as many reps as you can, until failure x 2 rounds
5. Skull crushers - 10-12 reps on heavy set if possible x 2 rounds
