Re: CPN and photographs/videos capturing images of school premises.

I am attaching an image of the Park House School fence, looking at school security fences and into the school premises, published by the Newbury Weekly News.

Could you please advise me whether the author has been given a CPN, in accordance with your (WBDC) BCTT/TVP rules on anti-social behaviour, in the same manner, I was given a CPN for video recording school security provisions/property (see YouTube link), forming part of my report, in 2020.

What are the current BCTT/TVP rules for citizens capturing images of school premises, if they have changed since my CPN?
