Woah. This one has been a journey. Thanks to you all for keeping patient for this but it ended up being way harder than I thought to recreate this track. There are so many moving parts and improvised moments that it was hard not to get bogged down in the details but eventually I made some executive decisions and went with. my gut.

Some challenges..
1. The vocal stem is the original Year Zero vocal..which is heavily effected and has all sorts of mad FX on it. I did try and isolate bits of the live vocal to use in places but it just didn't have the clarity. As a result, the vocals are a little low down in the mix, as I wanted to prioritise the punch of the music over the audibility of the vocals. It's a sacrifice I wasn't happy to make but had to be done.
2. There are lots of synths and percussion that never seem to stay the same as it's a live performance. I have tried my best ti recreate sounds and parts but also it stops being enjoyable to me when I have to forensically zone in on every 4 bars to get it 100% accurate. I feel happier getting the general vibe right and making it sounds big, fun and punchy.
