Ingredients
• 1 pack Maggi noodles
• 1 Maggi taste maker sachet
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 1.5 tsp soy sauce
• 1.5 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp chilli flakes
• 2 tbsp green onion whites (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp white sesame seeds
• 3 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
• 3 tbsp oil
• Green onion greens – for garnish
• Water – to boil noodles

Method:
• In a heatproof bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar, chilli flakes, green onion whites, garlic slices, sesame, and Maggi taste maker.
• Heat oil in a pan.
• Pour hot oil over the prepared peanut mix and stir everything together well. Set aside.
• Boil Maggi noodles in water until just cooked. Reserve a few tablespoons of the noodle water.
• Add the drained noodles to the peanut sauce mix along with some reserved noodle water. Toss until evenly coated.
• Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion greens.
