Hello everyone and welcome back to the series, and also i wish you all a blessed Eid, so before we get to the point i'd like to throw you back 9 months ago where i have done a rolling race with the holy trinity (918 Spyder, LaFerrari , McLaren P1), this time it will be the predecessor of each, the 918's predecessor which is the Carrera GT, the LaFerrari's predecessor which is the Enzo, and the P1's predecessor which is the F1. Lets line'em all up and have a look at their specs.
The McLaren F1, a legendary supercar that was born in 1993, the only McLaren with 3 seats and the steering wheel in the middle, making it a unique car of its own. It became famous after setting a top speed production car record at 1998 of 240 mph, surpassing the RUF CTR2's record (217 mph). The car's engine is a BMW-sourced 6.1 litre Naturally-aspirated V12 lined with gold!, it produces 627 hp and 480 lb.ft of torque, its a RWD car with its engine placed in the middle and it features a 6-Speed manual transmission and it weighs 1288 kg, twenty years later, the F1 is still one of the fastest supercars ever.
Next we have the Enzo, which is a year older than the Carrera GT, it came out in 2002. Its a mid-engined supercar, named after the Ferrari's founder name, its the successor to the Ferrari F50, and its also Ferrari's last mid-engined non-hybrid production model with a V12 engine, the Ferrari enzo uses a 6 litre Naturally aspirated V12 based on the design of the Maseratti Quattroporte's V8, the engine produces 650 hp and 485 lb.ft of torque, the Enzo is a RWD car and it features a Formula-One electrohydraulic 6-Speed semi-automatic transmission and it weighs 1400 kg.
The youngest kid of the three but is also one of the oldest iconic machines ever created, and the predecessor of the 918 Spyder, the 2003 Porsche Carrera GT, came out in 2003, it was designed to replace the Porsche 911 GT1, and it was not only made for racing but also for daily everyday usage, the Carrera GT includes a 5.7 litre Naturally-aspirated V10, producing 605 hp and 435 lb.ft of torque, its also a RWD car but its engine is placed in the middle, it features a 6-Speed Manual transmission like the F1 with a heavy clutch, lets not forget that the Carrera GT also features a variable-valve timing along with its V10. It also weighs 1600 kg.
Now lets line'em all up at Le Mans old circuit in a standing/rolling 2 mile drag race, will the results be the same as the holy trinity's results with the F1 winning the race due to its higher top speed? Or will it lose? Lets find out!
