Hello foodies welcome to veg food manual.Today let us learn a very authentic recipe that is traditionally done in Shravana Shanivara specially in Uttarkarnataka region brahmin's house "Hindi palya".A very rare & unique recipe that most of us don't know.
List of ingredients
Vegetables
1 cup chopped beans
1 cup chopped cluster beans
1 cup chopped capsicum
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped potato
1 cup chopped ridgegourd
1 cup peas
1 cup chopped methi leaves
1 cup chopped gongura leaves
1 cup chopped rajgiri leaves
1 cup chopped hunchikki leaves
Chillies as required
curry leaves
1 cup grated coconut
coriander leaves
salt to taste
Oil as required to prepare sabjis
Mustard seeds
cumin seeds
hing
turmeric powder
chilli powder as required
rasam powder
sabji masala
1/2 cup roasted til
2tbsp roasted peanuts powder
1 tbsp chanadal
