Senator 500 Cuddy | First Blood! SOLO Bluefin Tuna Waihau Bay

Join us for an adventure down to the East Coast of New Zealand in search of the elusive Southern Bluefin Tuna and the first ever fish for our new Senator 500 Cuddy.

As much as I love watching other people reel in big fish, this time it was my turn with not one, but three Southern Bluefin Tuna, and to make it even more interesting, I was fishing solo.

What an incredible few days it was and a great challenge. I am really impressed with the new Senator 500 Cuddy. I can’t recommend the Guardian Chamber system enough as it was solid and stable the entire trip.
What better way to christen the new senator 500 cuddy than with a successful tuna trip to Waihau Bay!
