Unfortunately, no secret tricks here - just a ton of patience/trial & error.

First, I got the print carriage released (see prior video) and made sure all the print cartridges were full and had no issues. Then, for the next couple days I unplugged the unit and let it sit for extended amounts of time. Before plugging the unit back in, I held the Power button down and continued to hold it down as I plugged in. As you plug unit in and continue to hold the Power button, you'll see the Power button continues to flash and then eventually shuts back off after about 30seconds. Once the unit is off, press the Power button again to Power back on and cross your fingers it begins the normal power on cycle. In between these trials, I would move the cartridge carriage around, take out the cartridges and put them back in... whatever I thought could help.

It was literally days of trying and then leaving it unplugged again and again until one time I finally heard the cartridges begin to move after a power cycle. Everything looked good, no more B200 error lights flashing! Until I went to print. And then as soon as it went to begin moving the carriage, B200 again!!!! Started the reset process over again and again, but eventually something changed and the B200 error went away and I've been able to print ever since.

B200 is a ridiculous error, lacks any support from Canon, and is truly a frustrating experience. Good luck!
