How to keep your body cool?
It is an important question and is also the need of the hour.

If you don't keep your body cool, you may face many issues like heart & liver problems, digestive issues, and much more.

Let's learn about the foods that can keep our bodies cool.
Cucumber and tender coconut can greatly help reduce the heat and keep your body cool.

When it comes to fruits, papaya, pineapple and mango can help you get the job done. You may be surprised when I say mango, but yes. Mango can help you cool down your body especially during the summer.

Similarly, all types of vegetables can help you cool down. Tomatoes and watermelons can aid a lot in this process. I would say my favorite is watermelon.

If you are fond of sweets, you need to understand this in the first place. The more your sugar intake levels are, the more the negative effects. It is one of the reasons for the increase in acidic properties.

If you still cannot avoid sweets, you can try fruits to suppress your sweet carvings. Raw honey could be a replacement too but should be within limits.

Try to space out these foods and have proper intervals between your meals. If you do this regularly, you will be able to maintain your body.
