The flesh has a sweet flavour and thick in texture which makes it perfect for ice cream! And it’s so good! Maybe to those who doesn’t like durian will change your mind about this fruit once you eat it in this kind of preparation! 😍

INGREDIENTS:
250g fresh Durian pulp (you can add more!)
1/4 fresh milk
1/2 cupCondensed milk
250 ml whipped cream
