Join us for a live Q&A with composer Miriam Cutler, crowned the Queen of Doc Film Music by The Hollywood Reporter.  
 
Emmy nominated composer, Miriam Cutler, is passionate about documentaries. Her work includes Sundance-, Emmy-, and Oscar-nominated films: ‘RBG’, ‘Love Gilda’, ‘The Hunting Ground’, ‘Ethel’, ‘Lost in La Mancha’, ‘Thin’, ‘Poster Girl’, ‘Vito’, ‘Kings Point’, ‘Ghosts of Abu Ghraib’, ‘A Plastic Ocean’, and more. She co-produced and scored 'Dark Money’ and ‘One Lucky Elephant’. Cutler has served as an advisor at the Sundance Documentary Composers Lab, and a doc juror for Sundance FF, Spirit Awards, AFI, and more. Currently she sits as a TV Academy Music Branch Exec committee member, AMPAS Documentary Branch member, and a US State Department’s American Film Showcase representative. Long-time former SCL Board Member, Co-produced live jazz albums including Joe Williams, Nina Simone, Shirley Horn, Marlena Shaw.
