Hey I wanna open up a Pho restaurant just like you. Can you give me some advice?

Recently I had a special guest visit me. David, a fellow subscriber on this channel, he flew up to see me. He needed advice on his new Pho restaurant Pho Eva which is opening in Sydney soon. I was humbled to hear that I helped inspire him to follow his passion of food and take the plunge by opening up a restaurant. I used his visit as an opportunity to discuss the most common question I get asked via email which usual goes along the lines of "Hey I wanna start a Pho restaurant. Can you give me some advice?".
