I recently served a large table of Vietnamese guests my Pho.
On that table were some very tough critics with high expectations.
I refer to them as the OGP (Original Gangster of Pho).
People my parents and grandparents age. They are very picky when it comes to Pho but I passed the test.
I sat down and interviewed uncle Nhan who has over 70 years eating Pho behind him
