59 Sailing Greece: Delos and Syros Islands in the Cyclades

We are happy to be back in Greece and sailing west through the Aegean Sea. This episode covers our passage in the Cyclades from the party Island of Mykonos past the historically significant Island of Delos (Dilos) to the friendly and beautiful Island of Syros on October 28, 2023. We originally planned to return home for the holidays in December, but on October 20th, Carmela’s father called and asked her to be home by November 23rd for the US “Thanksgiving Day” holiday, so we are now on mission to get to our winter marina on a shorter timeline and then to a nearby airport to fly home.
