Edifier S880DB vs Edifier R1700BT || Sound Demo w/ Bass Test

S880DB is a new compact premium speaker from Edifier. It looks good, is very well build and generously equipped, but how does it compare with most popular speaker from the same manufacturer, R1700BT? In my opinion S880DB is as step up from R1700BT in natural tone and quality of the upper ranges, but it can not quite match older brother for its "fun factor" mostly due to less pronouced bass. S880DB will be a great choice for someone looking for premium speaker that sounds very neutral and balanced, with very good sound quality from top to bottom, just do not expect it to shake Your room ;)
