This is a video of how i change a motorbike tyre by hand. It is a rear 190/55/17 Dunlop wet tyre being fitted to a Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade rear wheel.

This can be done without any damage, although there is more potential for damage, especially if you make a mistake and slip. These are wheels for my race bike and have 3 to 5 pairs of tyres per weekend, so this is a quick and efficient way to change them.
