Delicious pizza rollups || cookbook 📖

Today, I'm challenging myself to roll up a delicious pizza in a very short time—let's see if I can pull it off!

For the dough, we need:
3 cups of all_purpose flour
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp instant yeast

Mix all the ingredients and knead with luke warm water..knead a medium to soft dough.cover and let it rise for 1 hour..

After 1 hour, punch down the dough and divide into 2 equal parts.. Take 1 part and roll it out in a rectangular shape..spread some pizza sauce evenly on it and add chedder cheese..add pepperoni slices all over it and again a layer of cheese..roll it up and press the sides to seal it..
Let it rest for 10 minutes and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle some dried oregano leaves..

Bake in pre_heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.. cut the slices and enjoy...
