Viviana S2 is actually pretty good ngl. It lasts longer than S3 which means more stall time and the ASPD makes up for the slower hits on S3. The only problem is getting double hits which is just fun. It gets so much more value when there is mobbing with multiple tough enemies, which is not showcased really well here. It's funny that she attacks almost twice as fast with S2 over S3 though lmao. Anyways, Slumbering of Sui is the definition of the stat sticks that Viviana needs to actually perform, unlike many other bosses.
