The Struggle is Real: Swan Dive on the Mat | Online Pilates Classes

Swan and Swan Dive can be very tricky on the #PilatesMat. But, you have so many options for doing the Swan exercise that Andrea Maida Pilates and I wanted to offer you some options for practicing your #PilatesSwanDive anywhere.
