2018 GMC Acadia SLT-1 3.6L V6 AWD // review, walk around, and test drive // 100 rental cars

This is rental car number 85 and today I'm driving the 2018 GMC Acadia SLT-1 with All Wheel Drive (AWD). SLT refers to this vehicle's trim level. There's actually two SLT models, the SLT-1 and the SLT-2 this, obviously, is the SLT-1 which is the cheaper of the two, but still has plenty of great features.

Full disclosure, I'm not a huge fan of large SUVs. I tend to like smaller vehicles, because I think they're more practical and get better gas mileage. But the Acadia won me over. This is a VERY nice vehicle. Nice tech features, especially the large screen in the gauge cluster and the 8 inch "infotainment" screen in the center console, tons of storage space, and this is actually fun to drive. This SUV has a 3.6 liter V6 that kicks out 310 horsepower...so it's not wanting for power. In other words, it's fun to drive.
