In order to avoid picking up injuries as a runner, you need to do more than just running - and yes, that means strength and conditioning work!

Our resident physiotherapist, Manni Ovola is back to take you through a really simple follow-along session that will help to strengthen your calves - think calf raises, heel raises, anything that’s going to get your calves working.

Try and weave this into your schedule once a week if you can - it’ll take you 10 minutes, but could save you a lot of time sitting out on the sidelines! It’s called ‘prehab’!
