Episode 07
ദുര്യോധനനും ഭാനുമതിയും രംഗത്ത് . ദുശ്ശാസനൻ താൻ ചാരന്മാരിൽ നിന്നും അറിഞ്ഞ വിവരങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നു. ദുര്യോധനൻ കർണ്ണനിൽ തനിക്കുള്ള വിശ്വാസം ഉറപ്പിച്ചു പറയുന്നു. ഭാനുമതി കർണ്ണന്റെ വ്യക്തി പ്രഭാവം അംഗീകരിച്ച് പ്രതികരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്പോഴേക്കും കർണ്ണനും ഒപ്പം ദുശ്ശാസനനും എത്തുന്നു. കർണ്ണൻ, നാം തമ്മിൽ പിരിയില്ല എന്നും ദുര്യോധനനു വേണ്ടി മതാവിനെയും അനുജന്മാരെയും ത്യജിക്കുന്നു, കൂടാതെ അർജുനനുമൊപ്പം ഈ ഭൂമിയിൽ വാഴില്ല എന്നും ശപഥം (കർണ്ണശപഥം) ചെയ്യുന്നു. കഥ ഇവിടെ പൂർണമാവുന്നു.


Episode 07
Duryodhana and Bhanumathi in the arena. Dussasana tells the information he got from the spies. Duryodhana asserts his faith in Karna. Bhanumathi denotes Karna's personality and reacts in recognition to that effect. By that time, Karna and Dussasana arrive. Karna swears an oath (Karnasaphadham) to Duryodhana that we will not be separated, sacrifices mother and brothers for Duryodhana, and will not rule this earth along with Arjuna. The Story concludes here.
