Ingredients:

For Kaju pulao:
3 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Ghee
¼ cup Cashews
3 Cardamoms
3 Cloves
1 Star Anise
1 Bay Leaf
1 tsp Shahi Jeera
1 Marati Mogga
Little stone flower
½ cup Onion slices
3 Green Chili slits
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1.5 cups Basmati Rice (1 hour soaked)
2 ½ cups Hot Water
Salt
Coriander Choppings
Mint leaves

For Gongura Chicken:
1/3 cup Oil
2 Dry Chilies
2 curry leaves
½ cup Onion chopping’s
3 slit Green Chilies
2 Tomato chopping’s
Add Salt
½ tsp Turmeric
½ tbsp Coriander powder
1.5-2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
½ kilo Chicken
300 gms Gongura leaves
1.5 cups Water

For Semiya Kesari:
3 tbsp Ghee
3 tbsp Cashews
2 tsp Raisins
1 cup Semiya
2 cups Hot Water
Little Saffron Soaked Water
Add ¾ cup Sugar
Sprinkle ½ tsp Garam masala
