We are sharing a vegetarian thali in this video, which has five recipes: rice, majjiga pulusu, papad, tomato kothimeer chutney, and mix veggies porutu as well as Karivepaku Karam. This vegetarian thali is ideal for bachelors, beginners, stay-at-home moms, and people who have to rush to work in the morning. With the following ingredients, you can quickly and easily make this delicious vegetarian thali at home. I have provided some tips to ensure that your thali turns out perfectly. To make it tasty in under 30 minutes, simply follow the instructions and procedures shown in this video.

Ingredients:
For Veg Porutu: -
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard
1 Dry Chili
1 tsp Urad Dal
1/3 cup Onion choppings
1 sprig Curry leaves
1/3 cup Fresh Coconut cubes
2-3 Green Chilies
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 cup Carrot choppings
1/2 cup French Beans Choppings
1/4 cup Soaked Tovar Dal/Moong dal

For Tomato Kothimeer Chutney:

3 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2-3 tbsp Oil
7-8 Green Chilies
1 tbsp Coriander seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Salt
4 tbsp Oil
300-350 gms Ripe Tomato cubes
1/2 cup Capsicum choppings
Salt
Add fist full Coriander with stems
Heat 2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard
1 Dry Chili
1 tsp Urad dal
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 sprig Curry leaves
1 pinch Hing

For Perugu pachadi:

300 ml Thick Curd
1/4 cup Water
Heat 2 tbsp oil
1 tsp Mustard
1 pinch Black pepper
1 Dry Chili
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 sprig Curry leaves
1 pinch Hing
1 Onion choppings
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 Green Chilies
1 Tomato choppings
Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Sprinkle big pinch Chili powder
