No Oven Cheese Burst Pizza
Now you can say goodbye to expensive pizza bills and make your favourite Cheese Burst Pizzas at home!

RECIPE :
Cheese Burst Pizza without Oven

Preparation time: 1.5 hours
Cooking time: 11 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Yeast
1 cup Flour
1/8 tsp Salt
Water as required
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Flour
1 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup grated Processed
Cheese
2tbsp grated Mozzarella
Cheese
Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings of choice
Method:
Dissolve the sugar in lukewarm water. Add the yeast and mix well. Set aside, undisturbed for 5 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.
As the yeast turns frothy, mix together the yeast, flour, salt and knead to a smooth dough, adding water as required. Stretch the dough well for 7-8 minutes for a good pizza dough.
Set the dough aside for an hour or till the dough doubles up in size.
For the cheese sauce, heat oil in a pan. Add the flour and sauce for a minute. Slowly add in the milk, a little at a time to ensure that you get a lump free sauce.
Cook till the sauce thickens. Add salt to taste and mix well.
Remove from heat and allow to cool down.
Add in the processed cheese and the mozzarella cheese.Blend the sauce with the two cheese in a blender to get a smooth sauce.
Break tennis sized balls out of the dough.
Rolls out two balls of the dough to a 10” disc.
Spread the cheese sauce on one base and cover with the other base. Roll in the sides to seal the cheese in.
Heat the pan to medium hot. Brush liberally with oil.
Place the pizza base in the pan. Brush the top side too liberally with oil.
Cover and allow to cook from one side for a minute. Turn and spread the pizza sauce on the cooked side.
Top the sauce with toppings of choice and add mozzarella cheese.
Add oregano and chi flakes, cover and cook till the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Remove and serve.
