Ingredients
250 Beef g.
50 g. Pea eggplant ( Turkey eggplant)
30 g. Basil
2 Spur Pepper
3-5 pieces Kaffir lime leaves
500 ML Coconut Milk
50 ML Chicken stock, unsalted or water (optional)
3 Tbsp. Thai green curry paste ( Mae Ploy paste brand)
2 Tbsp. Palm sugar
2-3 Tbsp. fish sauce

To boost green colour
2 pieces long green pepper
15 g of Basil
½ cup of water
