Tutorial: Colouring With Markers and Pencils.

A demonstration from start to finish of how I colour a picture combining alcohol markers and coloured pencils with a few 'special effects' tricks to make the picture pop. I am using a picture from Hannah Lynn's book 'Enchanted Faces'. Note that this is NOT a colour along and although I suggest some of the colours I use I have not listed every colour. I designed this tutorial in a way that you can apply the techniques to other colouring books to create your own original pieces.

I use my favourite brand of alcohol markers: Copic
along with Sharpies pens.
For pencils I chose :Prismacolor Premier pencils.
I also use a Uniball Signo white gel pen and a Derwent Graphik black fineliner.

As I explain in the video you do not need these particular brands to use this technique and I give examples of other brands that will work just as well. As usual try what you've got and experiment before starting the picture so you can achieve the kind of result you are after.
