This workout is a 30-minute full-body strength training session! We are celebrating New Years with a fun structure focused on the new year!

The structure will be as follows: 25 seconds of work followed immediately by 25 seconds of pulses with 20 seconds of rest. There will be a total of 20 sets - 10 exercises repeated twice! We will finish with 2 minutes and 25 seconds of core training! We will follwow a peripheral heart action structure working between upper and lower body exercises!

You will only need your dumbbells for this strength training session and the weight we will use will be moderately heavy, relative to you and each exercise!
