Salut mes petits choux, aujourd'hui je vous partage la recette de la crème diplomate très onctueuse et très facile à réalisée , c'est une pure gourmandise.

Ingrédients :
( Quantité pour garnir par exemple 2 étages d'un number cake format A4 )

- 25cl De lait
- 100g De sucre en poudre
- 2 Jaunes d'œufs
- 20g De maïzena
- 1 feuille et demi de gélatine
- 25cl de crème liquide 30%

- 25cl of milk
- 100g of powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 20g of cornstarch
- 1 and a half sheets of gelatin
- 25cl of 30% liquid cream
