Ghostbusters - Attenuator Assembly

Описание к видео Ghostbusters - Attenuator Assembly

A very in-depth video build log for the latest revision of the Proton Pack Attenuator hardware which now uses an ESP32 microcontroller. This was nearly an all day affair, with over 4 hours of footage edited down to just 2 hours of content. It's exhaustive, though I'll explain a bit about the switch to this new hardware and how it works, and then we'll transfer components from a terminal shield for prototyping to a fully soldered development board. Once the electronics are prepared, we'll install everything into the new metal casing and build the connecting cable from the device to the Proton Pack.

As always this project could not have been completed without the work by ‪@MichaelRajotte‬ (GPStar) to build out the base platform of interconnected components. This uses the serial communications and API layer created for the pack/wand interactions and provides the ability to accept add-on devices such as this one. Kits are currently being designed for a PCB and ESP32 controller combination, along with all switches, LEDs, and other electronics.
