She's really flexible!

The problem is that she has TOO MUCH of it.

She said she recently started training and was informed by her coach that she has hyper mobility.

She says when she stretches that she doesn't feel the stretches and wants to practice BJJ without doing harm to her body as a result of her hyper mobility.

She was wondering if I could give her any insight on stretches/tips that would come in handy for someone like her who has hyper mobility, who also trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

I give my thoughts and share a similar experience that we had with this issue in the gym with one of my Brown Belts, Patrick.
