See Buck Owens and the Buckaroos perform one of their biggest hits, “Tiger By the Tail,” on the Mathis Brothers Country Social, hosted by Bud and Don Mathis.

This footage was filmed around 1965 and is likely some of the earliest footage of Don Rich playing his iconic sparkle Telecaster. We received several tapes from a collector of these performances and have been working on restoring them to their original quality and format. Over the next few months, we will be releasing these videos for the public to see in their restored formats. We do not own the rights to this song. This video is being posted for educational uses only.
