100 Meteors Per Hour: Quadrantid Meteor Shower

Описание к видео 100 Meteors Per Hour: Quadrantid Meteor Shower

What January meteor shower may be one of the best of 2025? The Quadrantids will peak with up to 100 meteors per hour in the Northern Hemisphere! The best views will be on January 2 and 3, with meteors that will outshine the crescent moon. Those in the Pacific area, including India, the Philippines, Japan, and possibly California, will have an especially high chance of seeing a fantastic show! The best way to view the Quadrantids is to find a dark area away from light pollution, allow your eyes time to adjust to the dark, and look anywhere in the sky.
