Finally I had the time to prepare the GUANCIALE like the one from AMATRICE, that we will use in the next videos for the Pasta alla AMATRICIANA, and with the GUANCIALE PEPATO we will prepare Pasta alla CARBONARA and Pasta alla GRICIA 😋
