Eating BEEF increases your risk of colon cancer? | Dr Pal

Описание к видео Eating BEEF increases your risk of colon cancer? | Dr Pal

Studies show that when you cook beef at high temperatures carcinogenic compounds like polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and heterocyclic amines are produced. This can cause DNA damage and could potentially lead to colon cancer.

100 grams of red meat per day increased the risk of colon cancer by 17%. Given this possible risk, I recommend eating once every couple of weeks. The risk is also because beef has no fiber, eat your beef with lots of vegetables.
