材料 :
腐皮
花肉 300克
沙葛 250克
红葱 1 粒

腌制调味:
鸡蛋 1 粒
盐 1 茶匙
白糖 1 茶匙
五香粉 1 茶匙
胡椒粉 适量
生抽 1 汤匙
绍兴酒 1 汤匙
面粉 1/2 汤匙

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Tofu skin 1pc cut into rectangular pieces and clean with wet cloth
2. Turnip 250g diced, wash and drain
3. Red onion 1pc diced
4. Pork belly 300g chopped

Seasoning
1. Egg 1pc
2. Salt 1tsp
3. Sugar 1tsp
4. Five spice powder 1tsp
5. Pepper appropriate amount
6. Light soya sauce 1tbsp
7. Shao Xing wine 1tbsp
8. Plain flour half tbsp

Method
1. Combine the chopped pork with turnip and red onion. Then add in seasoning 1-7 and mix in one direction. Then add plain flour and mix well. Set aside for an hour
2. Wrap the meat with tofu skin and deep fry under low heat for about 10min. Then turn to high heat and fry till golden brown
3. Serve and enjoy! 💕
