Sample Low carb meals
Day 1
Breakfast: 2 slices low carb bread with 1/2 avocado, salt, and pepper top with an egg . Total carbs: 16.5 g.
Lunch: 3 ounces (oz) (85 g) grilled chicken with 2 cups (340 g) zucchini noodles made with 1 clove of garlic butter , and 1 oz (28 g) Parmesan. Total carbs: 17 g.
Dinner: bunless burger with a slice of Cheddar cheese, served with 1/2 cup (78 g) cooked veggies and 2 tablespoons of salsa. Total carbs: 8.5 g.

My plan: 🢃
I eat low carb living a low carb lifestyle! I used to do Weight Watchers for over 5 years however I switched over to low carb as I find it a more managable way of eating for the rest of my life. As a result of this change Ive continued to lose weight and lower my blood sugar after learning I was pre diabetic. My fat numbers are not too high and not at a keto level although some meals could be considered keto meals. Here is my low carb eating plan that I track through carb manager. I do not count anything other than carbs and it works for me.
Max of 30 carbs per meals
Max of 15 carbs per snack
I do NOT count anything else
I find all the other macros fall into place if I hit at or below my low carb numbers.
